Rice with
a record.

Where it grew. How it was handled. What was measured. The crop passport brings the evidence together, from the source to the sample in your hand. It is a lot-linked record, not a certification.

The crop passport.

A record of the journey, not a promise without proof.

Demonstration passport · Not a live lot or quality certificate

DEMONSTRATION01 / 06

Where the crop began

A place, a season and a source that stays with the rice.

Location
Village, district and field reference
Acreage
Farmer report and measurement status
Seed & variety
Seed source and claimed variety
Sowing
Date or period, with source

Exact coordinates and farmer personal information are shared only with permission.

Reported & observedExample chapter 2 of 6
DEMONSTRATION02 / 06

How it was grown

The growing history tells us which questions to ask.

Irrigation
Water source and reported irrigation events
Fertiliser
Product, dose and application date
Pesticides
Product, active ingredient, dose and date
Field visits
Observations and dated photographs

Farmer-reported information is not independently verified. A spray record cannot establish residue compliance.

HaqqoCrop passport
A portable grain moisture tester in its case; no measured reading is displayed
Intake
Measured at intakeExample chapter 3 of 6
DEMONSTRATION03 / 06

What arrived

The field record becomes a purchase lot and a measured handover.

Purchase
Source lot, price and explained deductions
Weight
Dispatch and receiving measurements
Intake moisture
Reading, date and measurement method
Sample
Sample reference and visible quality

Transport and receiving records must connect to the same source lot.

HaqqoCrop passport
Haqqo-labelled sacks stacked in storage
Storage
Handling historyExample chapter 4 of 6
DEMONSTRATION04 / 06

How it was kept

Clean handling. Controlled drying. Compatible lots kept traceable.

Drying
Weight and moisture before and after drying
Storage
Facility, bay, dates and clean surfaces
Condition
Inspections and storage photographs
Blending
Compatible grades, safety checks and source quantities

Unresolved or non-compliant lots stay separate. Blending must never dilute a failed test result.

Milling
Measurements & testsExample chapter 5 of 6
DEMONSTRATION05 / 06

What the mill produced

Recorded inputs. Measured outputs. Recovery that can be checked.

Mill & batch
Named facility, process and date
Moisture at milling
Measured reading linked to the input
Recovery
Head rice, broken rice, by-products and loss
Testing
Sample, laboratory, scope and report

A measured result is different from an estimate. Laboratory findings apply within the test’s scope.

DEMONSTRATION06 / 06

What the buyer received

The finished rice has a history. The outcome returns to its source.

Evidence is shared for the actual purchase. This demonstration contains no real transaction or test results.

Check the evidence.

  1. 01

    The rice you asked for.

Variety, processing, ageing, grain length and broken percentage are agreed against your specification and sample. A variety claim is not independent identity verification.

  2. 02

    Tests for your market.

Residue, aflatoxin and other contaminant testing is arranged for the buyer and destination. You see the laboratory, sample, method and results, not an unsupported “pesticide-free” promise.

  3. 03

Clean handling, from intake to storage.

We require clean surfaces and protection from bare soil, alongside timely drying, moisture checks and suitable storage. These controls reduce contamination and mould risk. They do not replace testing for aflatoxin or pesticide residues.

  4. 04

    Compatible lots. Consistent rice.

A shared variety is not enough. Before lots are combined, we check grade, moisture, quality and the required residue and toxin evidence. Unresolved or non-compliant lots stay separate; blending must never be used to dilute a failed result.

  5. 05

    The accepted lot, delivered.

Packing, weight and dispatch records connect the approved sample to the shipment. Every contributing farm lot and quantity stays in the batch history, so quality can be traced back to its source.

Good records don’t replace good tests.

Farmer reports, Haqqo observations, measurements and independent tests remain distinct. Missing information stays visible. AI helps the team prioritise questions; it cannot certify the crop or prescribe pesticide use.
